Open Source

FULLY OPEN SOURCE

Ampisu is open source by design. Transparency, hackability, and long-term maintainability are core goals of the project.

After a successful crowdfunding campaign, we will release hardware schematics, the firmware source code, Python library, and web interface source code to the public. By doing so, system behavior is fully transparent and understandable, and the device can be inspected, maintained, and extended at the software and firmware level over time. All published files will be released under permissive open-source licenses suitable for hardware and software reuse.

The complete project repository will be made available before products ship to Crowd Supply for fulfillment, ensuring full transparency well ahead of delivery.
